The ideal candidate will have experience in managing janitorial teams and overseeing contractors in Groundkeeping, pest control and Interior Plants.  We are looking for you if you have a passion to build and lead large teams in providing appearance care (janitorial), and manage subcontractors in groundskeeping, pest control and internal plants.  The location is in a beautiful setting in central NJ You will lead/manage a team of 20 FTE's including Appearance Care Supervisors (Janitorial) and Leads on multiple shifts.  This team will be a part of the overall Sodexo team of 75 FTE's.

Sodexo is expanding our services with a global Life Science organization!  We have an immediate need for an Appearance Care (Environmental Services) Facilities Manager in Swiftwater, PA.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing environmental services on a campus in the pharmaceutical sector. We are looking for you if you have a passion to build and lead large teams in providing appearance care (janitorial), GMP cleaning.  The location is in a beautiful setting in PA on 550 acres of land which has 60 buildings and 1.3M sq. ft. of building space primarily dedicated to pharmaceutical manufacturing.  Services are provided to 2500 occupants.  You will lead/manage a team of 35 FTE's including Appearance Care Supervisors (Janitorial) and Leads on multiple shifts.  This team will be a part of the overall Sodexo team of 97 FTE's.

This is with rotating weekends that requires flexibility some weekend and Holidays may be required. Relocation is not offered at this time. We have two openings!  Sodexo is seeking a strong, dynamic Environmental Services/Custodial Manager for healthcare in Detroit, Michigan for Harper.  This union account is a 450 bed, acute care teaching hospital, with several buildings in a downtown setting.  Full range of services including heart, cancer, obstetrics, general medical surgical, and an emergency department.  This is a 2nd shift (3pm start time)  opportunity and will need to be flexible to work some weekends and other shifts as the business dictates. Rotating weekends and holidays are part of the schedule.  DMC Harper University Hospital is one of the most technologically advanced hospitals in the nation with fully-implemented Electronic Medical Records, 100 percent medication scanning, and advanced robotic surgery technology.
