This Continuing Care Retirement Community is truly a "home away home" for the residents and offers a variety of amenities and healthcare services. The Sous Chef will cook daily and typical fulltime hours will be from 11 am - 7 pm with every other weekend coverage. This position is responsible for leading the Culinary Team, under the supervision of the Executive Chef III, in food preparation, inventory and all required food and physical safety training for outside auditor compliance.
