Proactively monitor change requests. - Identify and research anomalies and discrepancies in system data.- Conduct routine audits and rectify issues.- Manage and track distributor markups including setups and maintenance. - Demonstrated ability to initiate tasks, work independently, maintain a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.- Recommend improvements in processes and procedures to ensure effective, efficient operations. Remain current on GAAP and audit best practices regarding accounting issues.- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, modeling etc.) required. Access database and Microsoft Power BI knowledge preferred.- Work with databases, analyze data, and provide detailed summary reporting of completed data analysis.- Demonstrated flexibility with shifting priorities and the capability to modify processes of the changing demands of a rapidly growing business.- High attention to detail, comfort with ambiguity, and an ability to work independently with a high degree of autonomy.
