Based on the strategy set forth by the team leader, this position works to support a subset of the small and medium size clients while delivering excellent customer support, driving growth and retention of client participation in the Entegra programs. The role will work to support the achievement of established financial targets through planning and implementation of business plans, while taking into consideration short- and long-term goals, resources needed and scope of service. Responsibilities:- Promote a client-focused culture that strives to exceed client needs, requirements, and satisfaction expectations. This includes collaborating with assigned clients and strategic partners to actively listen to concerns and requests; identifying needs and requirements and providing solutions; establishing organizational protocols or systems to identify client issues, trends, and opportunities and effectively integrate them into strategy.- Maximized the clients’ and Entegra’s value thru the utilization of Supply Management contracts.- Responsibility for financial performance of clients as well as the ability to Interpret Entegra’s financial model and the clients to establish and support optimum ROI activities and prioritization.- Ability to systematically gather information from a variety of sources, analysis information, identify implications of data, draw appropriate conclusions, generate viable alternative solutions to a question or problem, and evaluate the consequences of choosing each alternative.- Ability to convert general data and findings into applied, specific information and suggestions that add value to business planning.- The ability to plan resource requirements and secure resources to ensure the successful completion of designated projects and to effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently.- The ability and willingness to recognize, identify, and assist in sales opportunities and close sales of products and services. This also includes the ability to face resistance without becoming discouraged or defensive. The successful candidate will possess the following:- Bachelor’s Degree- Ability to manage large data set in Microsoft Access and Excel- Five years industry experience; supply chain, hospitality, golf and or food service industry- Ability to manage large data set in Microsoft Access and Excel- Strong analytical skills.- Strong client presentation skills required.- Project Management Experience preferred.
