Use your best in class housekeeping/custodial management skills to make a real impact on patient healing. Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager at UNC Medical Center, located in Chapel Hill, NC to support a new 150K square foot clinic space.  This role will support Second Shift (2:00pm start time) that will manage a team of 25-30.  The selected candidate should be flexible to work weekends only as the business needs dictate. This Out Buildings Manager is responsible for 10 clinic locations in the Chapel Hill area, with one location about 15 miles away at our Pittsboro location. The manager is responsible for the overall day to day EVS operations of the out buildings. This includes scheduling, quality assurance, employee relations and performance monitoring. The successful candidate must be able to pass a Drivers License verification to drive a vehicle for this role.   There are 10 locations or clinics they are responsible for of varying size. Some locations have 2-3 employees on site while other locations which are smaller may only have a part time employee working perhaps 4 hours nightly. Each clinic is different and most locations have a staff member who has been there for some time, providing stable support. The manager is expected to visit all or nearly all locations nightly to check on staff and to check in with the client for that location to ensure that we are meeting or exceeding expectations.
