Northwestern State University is located in Historic Natchitoches Louisiana, located 4 hours from New Orleans, Dallas, and Houston. This residential campus has over 1600 students living on campus. In conjunction with our residential dining facilities, Sodexo operates a remodeled retail space and coffee shop, a Chick-fil-a and a Steak ‘n Shake, catering and concessions for the campus community. This position reports to the GM and along with a Catering Manager, Retail Manager and Operations Manager, oversees a wide variety of activities and events on campus.
