The Eating Recovery Center is a national client in behavioral health serving those with anxiety and food disorders.  They employ medical and clinical personnel who manage the path to recovery which includes a well maintained facilty and food as central to the healing process.  This position requires significant knowledge and appreciation for the role of the dietitian in aiding the patient toward good health.  Working directly with diet aides and dietitians at the local level is required.  Attention to detail and commitment to organization, consistency, timeliness, accuracy and knowledge of food allergens, food presentation and a sensitivity for the role of the dietitian in healing in a challenging and emotionally sparked environment is critical to the success of the operation.  A low census makes this a hands on position supporting a chef manager and supervisors on the food side and an operations manager on the EVS side of the business.  There is a 'hospital' with a potential of 40 patients and an outpatient for about 80 patients.  Today's census is 40 which is typical.  This is a fee account. The successful candidate will: - be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;- provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department; - work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;- effectively manages the Unit Operating System; and/or- support a diverse and inclusive workforce and provide strong leadership.Is this opportunity right for you?
