Central State University is an HBCU (Historically Black College/University) that is 35 minutes from Springfield and Dayton. Reporting to the General Manager, the Executive Chef will be responsible for the culinary direction of the residential dining hall, retail outlets, and catering. Dining services on campus offer resident dining for 1500+ students, a WOW Cafe, SubConnection, and a Grocery Store.
This is a hands-on Executive Chef position serving our corporate service client throughout 7 locations in New Hampshire. The Executive Chef will be hands on the culinary operations that consists of cafe, catering, and vending. This is a unique executive chef position will oversee the food production for patients, retail and catering events. The patient services meal program is cook chill, with the HealthTouch application for meal order placement. The position will also be assisting with picking up food supplies from the the adjacent hospital, Keck Medical Center, so a valid driver’s license and acceptable driver’s license record check is required.
