This is a full-service, acute care medical center with 560 beds, providing advanced medical services.  The Administrative Assistant will be primarily responsible for supporting the team that could involve a wide variety of situations involving clerical and administrative functions within the office.  This role will also need to be flexible to support other departments as business needs arise with special projects or duties.  This is a Day Shift schedule (7:00am or potentially 8:00am start time) and will have interaction between the frontline staff and our client, so a professional demeanor is paramount.  The ability to keep all information confidential will be an imperative requirement of this role.
