Provides culinary leadership within a small sized unit.  Works directly with internal customers.  Other duties include but not limited to: - Menu Planning (we run a 5 week menu cycle)- Recipe Adherence- Manages food & physical safety program- Managing food and labor cost- Weekly Inventory- Ordering- Managing a team of 6 hourly employees - Catering The ideal Executive Chef 1 must be hands on preparing food, be able to manage food cost and labor costs as well as understand and be able to make business decisions that allow the unit to meet goals.
