Sodexo is seeking a environmental Services Operations Manager 1, for New England Baptist Hospital, located in Boston, Massachusetts. New England Baptist is a 141  bed facility, with 38 client paid staff, which is non - union. This position will over see  the Environmental Service Department. The successful candidate will have outstanding patient and client customer service skills, and excellent knowledge of business. This is primary a Monday through Friday position, with some weekends. This position with report to a General Manager on - site. Our Sodexo Healthcare Environmental Services/Housekeeping teams work to direct housekeeping operations at healthcare client locations, partnering with them to deliver innovative solutions. These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.
