Our Human Resource Manager will manage, direct, and audit all activities of the Human Resources and assist with Training within the Departments as requested by General Managers. Monitor and administer benefit programs, wage and salary administration, employee evaluations, employee relations, reporting requirements. Promote positive employee relations by implementing consistent practices and by providing information and assistance to frontline employees and management staff..
