The position could also support other hospitals in the HCA Capital Division as needed.  This is a very proactive role in recruiting, screening, and onboarding hourly staff.  Travel expectation of 60% to support all of the units.   The Human Resources Manager2 will report to the Client Executive and Senior HR Manager to provide on-site support to approximately 120 FTEs on all hospital/Sodexo policies and procedures, HR initiatives and training. Previous Human Resources experience in a similar size operation would be helpful but is not required.
