Senior Manager, Supply Management -  (Services, Equipment and Supplies) Sodexo is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Management professional who will be responsible for the strategic sourcing process and management of purchasing national and regional contracts, in the Services, Equipment and Supplies category. This is a remote position and the ideal candidate will reside in the Mid-West or East Coast of the U.S. The ideal candidates should possess a supply management background, strong negotiation skills along with the ability to understand financial statements, data-based information systems, the ability to manage an RFP process, to communicate within all levels of the organization and an understanding of regional logistics. Key responsibilities include:- Continuous evaluation and improvement of procurement practices with expertise in sourcing for managed categories, budgeting and forecasting of supply chain revenue, analysis of spend to identify opportunities within non-contracted areas and ensuring a strategic sourcing process is fully implemented across all categories.- Lead Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Pricing (RFP) events, including preparation of bids, evaluation of bid proposals, and pricing negotiations. - Collaborate with leaders across all levels of organizations to identify opportunities for collaborative development of products and/or services that yield cost savings and revenue generation.- Negotiate Supplier Agreements that deliver value to market segments, including best price, service, quality and conditions, while also aligning to the organizational goals.  - Manage supplier relationships through quarterly Business Reviews to ensure compliance with supply agreement terms and conditions and to strategize on new opportunities that deliver value to the organization.- Develop procurement programs that support Sodexo’s corporate initiatives including Supplier Diversity and “Better Tomorrow” sustainability goals.- Supports operational market segments with cost reduction strategies; unit openings and closings; implementation of supply chain programs and resolution of program challenges. Requirements:- Strong negotiation skills- Experience with services and supplies procurement contracts. Take action as procedurally required to any and all alarms at all hours.- Operator of the USP water system required for clinical manufacturing equipment and facility cleaning: review weekly vendor monitoring documentation, arrange quarterly maintenance, respond to alarms, and coordinate repairs as necessary.- Work with Quality Engineering, Development Quality, and Operations to complete documentation to quarantine and release GMP clinical manufacturing areas before and after intrusive work or events have occurred.- Create, execute, enter, and review/approve work orders and calibrations in the CMMS (SAP) and CCMS (ProCal) as required.- Tour the facility and penthouse daily to ensure all systems are in operation and occupants are satisfied with the building’s operation and condition.- Serve as liaison between customers and services such as HVAC, janitorial, lab services, pest control, waste management, and engineering/projects.- Work with Quality Engineering during qualification of the HVAC Systems, USP Water Generation and Distribution Skids, Environmental Chambers, process equipment, process utilities, and area environmental monitoring.- Initiate and complete QNs, CAPAs, and Audit Responses in Merck quality system on behalf of Sodexo/Merck FM as needed.- Attend internal/external quality audits and work with area management and quality engineering to provide documentation when requested.- Attend weekly planning and scheduling meetings with area supervisors and planners to determine work priorities, schedule, and maintain future backlog of work orders.- Assist area planners to determine location, scope and details of work orders entered by requestors. The call center manager will oversee a team of 20 telecom associates supporting the entire campus of UNC Medical Center in a dispatch environment. We are looking for a leader with flexibility to cover a variety of shifts; a great opportunity for a new leader looking to learn and grow.  The role will primarily be Day Shift, but flexibility is key.  This will also support weekend coverage every fifth weekend.  The successful candidate for this role could have a background in health & wellness, call center, customer service, marketing, and/or communications. Our call center is on-site and this role will support a combination of "hands-on" shift coverage along with leadership responsibilities related to hiring, onboarding, training, creating schedules, staffing shifts, working with both frontline staff, and providing support and service to this hospital system. The successful candidate will need to be flexible to manage a variety of shifts including day, evening, and mid-shift opportunities as the business needs dictate. This is a 24/7 operation at this fast paced facility.  The call center receives calls from the public throughout the day, where requests and general inquiries are answered and forwarded as necessary.
