Sodexo provides Quality of Life Services that support the needs of our clients in the Energy & Resources market segments, reinforcing client operations in both onshore and offshore environments. Sodexo Energy and Resources is seeking a strong General Manager 3 - Environmental Services / Custodial to provide oversight for the logistics surrounding the janitorial, grounds, snow removal, water, pest control and porta-potty management for an onshore oil and gas facility, which is located in Roxana, IL.  Reporting directly to a District Manager, this manager will have oversight of over 20 employees (including managers) and will typically work a schedule of 7am-4pm Monday-Friday (with flexibility for business needs). For this exciting new sale, the initial focus will be to manage the grounds and custodial crew for the site. We will also be aiming to manage the food service cafe on-site in the future.
