This candidate needs to work in a dynamic environment that is fast paced and be able to be extremely organized.  Our client is a fortune five hundred company in the Pharma Business and is looking for an individual that is self motivated and be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at once. This individual will oversee 3 different client sites. Primarily they will switch between 2 sites throughout the week which are 12 miles apart from eachother. Shuttle services are available. The third location requires an hour and a half drive but these visits will be more seldom. This position reports directly into a General Manager and will support the General Manager's at each location with the below responsibilities:  We are looking for candidates with a strong finance, HR, and administrative background for this position. Key Responsibilities:  Directly supporting the. Executive Director  with on-going facility and team related responsibilities- Assist Team with posting open positions- Handle all new hire onboardings- Maintain employees files and minor HR needs- Manages posting invoices into UFS and weekly reports and close outs- Assist with managing site metrics - Assist with budgetary requests, analysis and reporting- Act as a liaison to Sodexo finance team and other account team members- Assist with researching, analyzing and reporting budget variances- Responsible for Purchase Order management- Helps support facility specific cost savings targets to contribute to the account achieving significant savings- Supports requests associated with Sodexo, Operations and Financial audits- Provides support for guests, visitors and employees at client locations- Assists with receiving and dispatching of work requests (Remedy) to technical staff, vendors or other services providers- Resolves problems associated with all building services including: janitorial, food service, coffee services, parking, vending, badging, conference rooms, cubes as well as interior and exterior furnishings, fixtures and equipment- Assists management and staff with operational reporting, budgeting, financial systems, purchasing as necessary- Acts as an interface with client, visitors and guests. Acts collaboratively to solve problems and resolve spontaneous and unique situations with professionalism and service orientation. Ensures delivery of committed services and overall satisfaction with Sodexo.
