Maintain the Pest Control Employee Observation Form Binder- Inspect site areas in collaboration with the Pest Control vendor Entomologist and/or Technician where a pest has been reported, observed by Andover colleagues per FORM48445- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor on all site visits, regular weekly and monthly scheduled checks, maintenance visits, pest identification and area inspection, and special services- Review and sign off on Modern Pest electronic and printed reports for weekly, monthly, annual, and special services- Create work orders in EAMS to correct any noted or identified conditions. Review/Close work orders in EAMS related to Pest Control- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor for the annual interior of all buildings assessment (Normally scheduled in February) with Pest Provider Certified Entomologist.  Create work orders in EAMS for penetration points identified- Coordinate with Qualified Site Pest Control Coordinator on all other recommendations made from this assessment- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor for the annual exterior of all buildings assessment (Normally scheduled for June) with Pest Provider Certified Entomologist. Create work orders in EAMS for penetration points identified.  Coordinate with Qualified Site Pest Control Coordinator. Coordinate with Qualified Site Pest Control Coordinator on all other recommendations made from this assessment- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor to ensure and if necessary arrange for all site related trainings to be kept up to date.- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor for requested out of scope projects associated with Pfizer P.O.’s                                                                                                                                             - Collaborate with Pest Control vendor for the annual Pest Control Device light bulb replacement in May- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor for the exterior building treatment program in warmer weather months- Collaborate with EHS on proper pesticide and chemical usage related to the elimination of pest and or wildlife- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor at the beginning of every year to maintain and update all necessary certifications and licensure- Collaborate with site landscaping to make sure and if necessary recommendations for pruning and grounds maintenance are maintained- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor to coordinate best practices related to site visits for the purpose of deterring nuisance geese- Collaborate with Pest Control vendor in the event a spring goose egg hazing is deemed necessary, make sure proper permitting is in order before proceeding- Notify the town of Andover Wildlife Officer in the event of animal encroachment- If necessary work with the Mass State Department of Wildlife in the event of suspect prolonged mass avian causalities- Respond to requests from Site Security related to nuisance pests/wildlife- Perform and record the monthly Sodexo Site Related Pest Q.A. Inspection / audit in EQMS. - Continuous improvement, regular walkthroughs of the buildings and external areas and grounds to find possible pest ingress spots and create work orders as needed to mitigate pest entry into the buildings, pest presence on the grounds - Create, track, maintain QTS Pest Control Investigation Records and CAPAs in the Andover QTS Trackwise Quality System. Ensure timely creation and closure of all Pest Control related Investigation records in the Andover QTS system- Compile and Create Quality Pest Control Quarterly Reports in collaboration with the Qualified Site Pest Control Coordinator. Sodexo has several exciting new openings for a Regional Account Manager located in each of the following areas:  Richmond, VA,  Hartford, CT, Philadelphia, PA, Orlando, FL, (Shreveport, LA, Memphis, TN or Little Rock, AR) and western Washington State. The Regional Account Manager will be based out of a home office in one of these geographic areas and will support a regional/local territory.  80% travel is required. This position is responsible for the day-to-day implementation of Sodexo & entegra’s Procurement and Distribution program at the unit and client level and requires the ability to develop and maintain exceptional business relationships across all levels of the Sodexo Enterprise as well as with external clients and customers (examples: entegra clients, distributors, MFG’s, brokers etc).  We are looking for candidates that will demonstrate a drive for achievement and deliver maximized opportunities based on varying client and customer needs. The ideal candidate will need to demonstrate strategic thinking as well as strong relationship management skills.  What Will You Do In This Role?- Develop strategies to improve vendor and product compliance at a regional, district, affiliate or unit level using data to identify and target areas of highest opportunity- Identify and communicate cost savings opportunities (product and vendor) that are available through Sodexo/entegra approved vendor partners- Conduct opportunity assessments to find additional cost savings and or conversions to higher quality or higher yield products- Involve key resources such as approved vendors, brokers and other materials to enhance a participant’s understanding of our contracted  products and programs- Facilitate conversions to approved prime distribution (for food and facility management accounts), and regional distribution programs- Expedite vendor resources for all unit openings (Sodexo and entegra) to ensure rapid deployment and onboarding- Is the regional procurement “Expert” divisions/operator go to for procurement related support that is beyond the capabilities of the Call Center- Assist Sodexo/entegra units in meeting the requirements of their operational segment/client- Delivers updates on contracted program changes and/or enhancements in conjunction with the program activation team- Communicates key industry insights and market trends and suggest ways to keep up with those trends with specific contracted food, equipment and supplies- Aligns manufacturers and brokers with customers when it is necessary to enhance the participant’s understanding of how to utilize key preferred products and programs- Support disaster preparedness and recovery activities throughout the year and on demand as needed- Reach resolutions to service-related issues pertaining to a client/unit food and supplies procurement program- Work with Quality Assurance Team to resolve food Quality Assurance concerns associated with Sodexo contracted products and programs.
