Ocala Hospital has over 1,500 employees. This position is responsible for all culinary and safety aspects of the account as it relates to patient food, retail food, doctors lounge, catering and food ordering for the account. This position will typically enjoy a Monday - Friday work schedule with the ability to flex some weekends and nights as business needs dictate.
