Sodexo is currently searching for a General Manager 5 to join a Corporate Services account in Buffalo, NY. At this location there is a trendy food hall, upscale catering, conference center, branded coffee bar, office coffee services and micro-markets. This individual would report directly into a District Manager and supervise 30 Sodexo frontline(hourly) non-union employees. This individual will oversee roughly $2M in annual managed volume but is projected to grow to $3M next year and $7M within the next 5 years. The population will also eventually grow to 4000. We are looking for candidates who are up to date on food trends, someone who can build a team and mentor, upscale catering experience, as well a strong retail background. This is a very dynamic, fast paced environment and will be a great opportunity to grow business. This individual would primarily work a Monday through Friday 7-5PM shift with no weekends or Holidays.

This position is virtual and can be based remote nationwide. Minimal travel is required. The role will report to and support the Finance Director of the Account to provide full financial oversight over the site accounting and finance responsibilities supporting 15 Healthcare Food & Nutrition Locations. A strong emphasis will be placed on client and customer engagement, strengthening financial operations and supporting the client mission, ensuring sustainable initiatives, providing quality Patient/ Resident Dining, Retail and Catering experience.
