General Manager 5 for Retail Operations of NYU, Langone Health New York, NY Manages all retail food operations within the Food and Nutrition Services. Demonstrates knowledge of the organization's service standards and incorporates them into the performance of duties. Is responsible for all projects and openings of new retail venues, recommends new concepts, innovation etc to improve quality. Maintains a sanitary, safe and efficient operation in accordance with Joint Commission and all Federal, State, and Local Regulations. In this role, you will be directing and participating in all of daily food operations for 8 locations, 3 café’s, 2 coffee bars, and  3 off-site grab and go locations.
