In addition to sorting and processing, the hub includes a delivery vehicle center capable of dispatching more than 280 trucks for area delivery and pickup, and a UPS Customer Center for retail service. The 1907 Cafe is key to supporting the UPS workforce. The RoleThe General Manager 3 will be the number 1 for the operation.  Will lead the day and evening shift. Hours of the role is 10:30am to 6pm. Other duties include but not limited to:- managing the client relationships- leading and developing a team of 11 hourly employees- 60/40 split with 60% fo the role GM duties and 40% culinary- Menu planning- Ordering - InventoryThe ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience and possess strong food and beverage management skills.
