Sodexo Senior Living is seeking a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to lead culinary operations at our newly opened gastro pub within Lutheran Village at Miller’s Grant located in Ellicott City, Maryland, nearby Baltimore. This venue features a cozy 30-seat indoor dining area and a charming 20-seat outdoor patio, serving lunch and dinner to our residents and guests. The Chef Manager will report to the Executive Chef and will train and mentor a staff of 10 frontline employees.  This position is hands-on and will move in and out of the kitchen.  We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable with interfacing with our residents. Typical shift will be 11am - 7pm, may vary with rotating weekend coverage.
