Build a Better Future through Facilities/Engineering innovation Sodexo is seeking a Senior Manager, Segment Finance for a large pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Kalamazoo, MI. This role is to provide commercial oversight over the cost of delivery of services in accordance with the financial terms of the contract. The manager will have to leverage insight and understanding of Work Order life cycle to manage cost of work orders in alignment with site budgets as services are delivered. Close partnership with operations and developing / implementing a Procure to Pay process will be required. At the same time, understanding the contract and building a relationship with the client to quickly support financial issues (e.g. overdue debt follow-up, change control, etc) will be essential. The commercial aspects of the contract are challenging with a rigorous savings plan, but with opportunities for significant growth and expansion of service scope (e.g. Projects). You will be specifically responsible for driving cost management and controls in the operational performance of the contract at the various sites alongside the account Finance Director and ensuring risk mitigation plans are in place. Are You the One? The Senior Manager II, entegra Data Value Analysis will be responsible for managing one segment or strategic area in Entegra. This includes management of team members and project responsibilities for that area of responsibility in addition to the below responsibilities. This position coordinates and maximizes the clients' and entegra's value realized through the utilization of all Supply Management contracts Manufacture, Regional, DSD, and Services. This includes providing product and manufacture opportunity assessments, and Market Basket analysis for existing and potential Entegra (& Sodexo) clients.   Other responsibilities may include order guide or sku rationalization assistance, client competing contracts work, pricing audits, etc.- Acts as a business partner to our clients to promote and clearly communicate the value of our programs, directly and indirectly to our clients. Provides input and may participate in business reviews.- Works closely with Supply Management teams to provide analysis to Supply Managers to assist in client contract conversions to our contracts, contract gap analysis, and to roll-out any Supply Chain contract and/or product changes.  - Manages direct reports and provides guidance and development as needed- Utilize internal tools and resources to identify opportunities at the unit and client level to increase overall contract utilization rates.  - Prepare and present opportunities directly to the client, participates in business reviews as needed. - Responsible for completing market basket studies for existing and potential clients.- Works with Supply Chain on Client Manufacture conversions and deploys contract changes with client to drive results and increase contract utilization.- Interpret, shape and recommend the best project completion strategies to fulfil client requests, this includes any other responsibilities such as order guide, product rationalization, client competing contracts work, pricing audits, etc. Human Resource Responsibilities- Hire, develop, motivate, and manage a team of professionals to facilitate achieving department objectives- Completes year performance reviews for all direct reports- Complete succession planning for all direct reports on an annual basis.- Ensure that all team members have personal development goals. Customer Service Orientation: The ability to provide excellent service to external and internal customers. Strong Excel skills are a must. Data Analysis/Interpretation: Ability to convert general data and findings into applied, specific information and suggestions that add value to business planning. Project Management:The ability to plan resource requirements and secure resources to ensure the successful completion of designated projects and to effectively manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently. Sales Orientation:The ability and willingness to recognize, identify, and assist in sales opportunities and close sales of products and services. This also includes the ability to face resistance without becoming discouraged or defensive.
