We are the Communities we serve!  Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager,  Catering / Catering Director to handle our Catering Department for a new sale located in Boston, MA. RELOCATION ASSISTANCE AVAILABLE! We will deliver a wide range of services at this location such as numerous micro-markets throughout the campus, 2 cafes, high end catered events, and food trucks. This position oversees all catering on campus and will directly supervise 4 Catering Managers and roughly 70 hourly Sodexo Union employees. The General Manager of Catering will have fiscal responsibility of roughly $16-18M in total annual managed volume for this premier account.  This position will report directly to the District Manager (Account lead), and will be responsible for day to day leadership of the Catering Department at the location. We are seeking candidates (with experience leading large trams…) that can lead a large team of catering associates/staff, union experience, and multi-unit experience. This individual should be able to possess the skills to be able to handle events from boxed lunches all the way to high-end receptions, and C-Level plated dinners.
