This position supports this progressive organization by providing leadership for our Facilities teams in the delivery of safe, and innovative services to our customers. We are a Bilingual candidate for this position. This successful Facilities Manager should be well-organized and able to prioritize multiple projects. You should also have good knowledge of facility management and facility management systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and vendor management. If you are a Strategic Facilities Operations Manager with the ability to develop innovative technical solutions while successfully managing key performance indicators to drive strong business results, this may be the opportunity for you! Key Responsibilities:- A proven track record of successful Facilities Management experience as demonstrated by articulated results and accomplishments- Technical knowledge of the following: Preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Small Project Repairs, Computerized Maintenance Management System Work Scheduling, and Subcontracting.- Hiring, training and supervision of staff, professionals and management. - Management of work orders/invoices through CMMS system- Ensuring a safe and efficient working environment, essential to the performance of the business. - Leading preventative maintenance work and other core Sodexo services, and/or logistics of business/operations services.- Exceptional customer service skills, relationship-building skills, and outstanding communication skills directly with client and vendors- Demonstrated business and financial acumen- Critical Thinking Skills and great decision-making skillsIs this opportunity right for you?
