Sodexo is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Reliability Engineering and Maintenance function in support of a large North American facilities contract with multiple critical environment facilities and operations in St. Peters, MO. This person will serve as the main technical liaison for the clients engineering and facilities clients, while reporting directly to the account VPO and owning the program results.  The Reliability and Maintenance Engineering function plays a vital role in our operational success in the maintenance, operations, and reliability aspect of the client’s critical business operations. The focus of this role is being able to identify risk of equipment failure and eliminate the presence of that risk through proactive operational and maintenance strategies. The main objective of these strategies is to ensure the key components of the client’s critical infrastructure works in support of their business when and as needed. Key components include generators, UPS systems, Automatic Transfer Switches, switchgear, and fire protection systems.  Additionally, this position is the key operational resource should there be an unplanned event at one of the facilities requiring engineering expertise to support the mitigation and corrective actions. Key Responsibilities:- Provide management and engineering support for the development of complex utility/electrical/mechanical switching scripts and procedures (i.e. – Method of Procedures (MOPs), Emergency Operations Procedures (EOPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Change Management processes)- Technical knowledge and understanding of critical environments, including Data Centers, HVAC, Standby emergency power, uninterruptable power supplies, computer room air conditioning, and associated infrastructure- Provide engineering guidance to operations site leadership in the maintenance and reliability of key site assets- Provide SME skills and expertise in problem solving and improving overall critical maintenance activities with the goal of improving reliability and service to the client, while driving efficiencies and reporting of results- Lead continuous improvement events and generate cost savings that exceed performance goals- Lead incident management meetings and calls in the event of equipment failures where the focus is on immediate mitigation of the event, collecting evidence, performing RCA, and development of correction or preventive action plans.- Develop a training program for Site Managers and their technical teams to ensure the execution teams on the CWPs understand the risks and follow the scripts in the MOPs. - Identify opportunities for RCA and develops processes to address- Facilitate high impact RCAs and drive network rollout of solutions- Support environmental sustainability program initiatives- Work closely with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to drive equipment reliability- Regular meetings with stakeholders to seek feedback and provide updates to RME Leadership; and- Participate in conference calls and coordinate with other RME central teams and local sites to enable a closed loop feedback system that streamlines the creation of maintenance plans and strategies.Are You the One?
