Incorporates new menu item integration into existing supply and demand plans.  Communicates with vendors and corporate supply chain to identify issues, find resolution and incorporate any changes to production plan. - Production planning - responsible for creating the daily and weekly production plan for the facility through projection of customer demand based on prior volume and site orders. Schedules labor and equipment to the production plan to maximize efficiency. Responsible for labor, equipment, and ingredient capacity planning requirements to ensure the execution of the detailed production schedule and for initiating any related corrective actions.  Continually monitor reports to maintain alignment of supply and demand of material.- Supply planning - responsible for inventory management, including proper ordering and receiving of ingredients, weekly inventory controls.Is this the right opportunity for you?  We are looking for candidates that have/are: - Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or equivalent experience- 3 years of supply chain and/or production planning experience in a manufacturing setting or related field- 3 years of related experienceAt Sodexo, we believe every employee should have the resources to be their best.
