Key Responsibilities: - Drive, lead, influence and own the customer road map for Workplace Experience for our Rahway location- Identify key opportunities to improve workplace experience- Create a structured approach to understanding and improving the user experience- Leverage already existing strategies within the relationship that we have with our client in relation to workplace experience and apply them at our Rahway location- Engage and own the relationship with all levels of stakeholders within Client and Sodexo Leadership in relation to Workplace Experience- Bringing insights for Workplace Experience from the industry- Develop strategies to create a safe, positive, productive, and functional workplace in collaboration with other Sodexo team members, foster working together to identify and manage improvement and changes- Engage with local Client Leaders to gather the insights around what Workplace Experience means for the client and users - Following the collation of insights, Create the Roadmap for Workplace Experience that aligns with our clients Strategy for the HQ of the Future- Create a pipeline of workplace experience opportunities for the site based on the outcomes of the roadmap- Adapt the Workplace Experience roadmap as a strategic resource to consult on projects that require deeper employee engagement and journey mapping- Be the owner for managing and owning the customer feedback for Workplace Experience- Foster a culture of customer-centric approach, monitoring trends, local and global best practices- Design and implementing stakeholders management programs related to Workplace Experience- Promote, collect, validate and facilitate client feedback interpretation through data analytics and reporting processes Experience and Requirements- A demonstrated background in program management- 3+ years’ experience in working within a Workplace Experience Role encompassing new ways of working /hybrid working, workplace design, services and amenities, and workplace technology.- A passion for people, and their wellbeing at work- A preference for the hotel industry or B2C services- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills- Strong influential skills- Creativity and Innovation mindset- Proven track record of initiating and leading demanding business change programs- Proven experience of developing profitable relationships with clients- High standards of numeracy and written communication- The role engages and operates at senior levels both within Sodexo and our Client and must be able to steer the dialogue to progress in the evolution of the employee experience program.
